Two souls with one thought stand behind Alma’s concept. They are 1 Michelin starred chef Wouter Van Laarhoven and his partner Malou Hagenaars. Since November 2019 they have been building their ultimate dream on the top floor of the historic ‘De Swaen’ building in Oisterwijk: their own restaurant where everything is right. In their fine dining restaurant everything revolves around quality and hospitality. At the bottom of the building, the couple runs a second restaurant in an bistro style, Alma Bodega. They are the first one in The Netherlands that are cooking on a ‘Miikitco’-stove. A mix between stainless steel, Dekton induction plates and our signature knobs made it easy for chef Wouter and Malou to choose for Miikitco.
